Harvest Prep

The late summer months have us busy readying the winery for harvest. Considerable work goes into cleaning and organizing the cellar so we are well prepared to receive fruit once the grapes are ripe. Each fermentation tank is thoroughly scrubbed, sanitized, and carefully aligned into its designated harvest position, while grape bins, hoses, gaskets, and the destemmer are all cleaned and inspected. Harvest is just around the corner, and our meticulous preparations help ensure the high quality in the vineyard continues through into each bottle.
