At bottling, we set aside a small amount of each wine for extended storage in optimum conditions, allowing for controlled bottle age. With this year marking our 25th vintage, we have been revisiting these wines that have quietly and elegantly evolved over the years. With that in mind, for the first time this fall, we will be offering something new: a limited membership centered around library selections from our cellar. Each carefully selected bottle will showcase how our wines develop gracefully over time, offering a deeper, more nuanced tasting experience than our usual releases.
