To commemorate our 25th harvest, we embarked on a milestone project to craft two unique expressions: Pinot Noir Brandy and Apple Brandy. These fully matured spirits represent new explorations of two distinctive fruits, each with its own connection to our story. With five years of patient élevage in lightly toasted French oak barrels, each spirit was given the time to develop its own individual character. Building on our long relationship with this special, coastal red, the Pinot Noir Brandy offers a new interpretation of a signature varietal, while the Apple Brandy celebrates the richness and complexity of a beloved Sebastopol orchard fruit.

Tasting Notes
With a warm mahogany hue, the Apple Brandy evokes freshly baked apple crisp, with intertwined aromas of Gravenstein apple, caramel, vanilla bean, and toffee. As it opens, layers of cinnamon, nutmeg and a subtle hint of anise emerge, adding lively spice notes to the rounded entry. Smooth and enveloping, the mid-palate carries flavors reminiscent of tarte Tatin, pleasantly punctuated by the gentle grip of apple skin. Lasting impressions of caramelized fruit and earthy spice persist throughout, yielding a comforting warmth that invites continued discovery.
