To commemorate our 25th harvest, we embarked on a milestone project to craft two unique expressions: Pinot Noir Brandy and Apple Brandy. These fully matured spirits represent new explorations of two distinctive fruits, each with its own connection to our story. With five years of patient élevage in lightly toasted French oak barrels, each spirit was given the time to develop its own individual character. Building on our long relationship with this special, coastal red, the Pinot Noir Brandy offers a new interpretation of a signature varietal, while the Apple Brandy celebrates the richness and complexity of a beloved Sebastopol orchard fruit.

Tasting Notes
Light amber in color, this elegant brandy of Pinot Noir unfolds with inviting notes of butterscotch, vanilla, and a hint of leather. The initial richness carries through the palate with restraint, lifted by orange blossom, yellow pear, and a touch of candied mandarin. Toasted brioche, dried apricot, and a subtle thread of roasted coffee develop gradually, imparting further depth and complexity. The finish is long and harmonious, with butterscotch and delicate florals lingering with effortless grace. Given time in glass, the layers continue to unfold, rewarding patience with ever greater depth and expression.
