“The 2021 Chardonnay Savoy is a deep, complex wine. There is a bit of reduction present today, but a good bit of fruit behind that. It will be interesting to see where this goes. Lemon confit, white flowers, graphite and crushed rocks build into the intense, phenolic finish.”
