“A youthful rich ruby with a hint of purple, the 2021 Pinot Noir Savoy is floral and perfumed with baby powder, black cherry, and lavender. Medium to full-bodied, it reveals a touch of iron-rich earth and is meaty, with ripe fruit, fine tannins, and a long finish. With a bit of pithy texture and ripe cherry fruit throughout, I would hold this another year or two and drink over the following 10-15 years.”
