“The 2021 Pinot Noir Dierke is laced with dark red cherry fruit, dried flowers, spice, sweet pipe tobacco and cedar. Linear and very much tightly wound, the 2021 is going to need at least a few years in bottle to really blossom. Its pretty impressive though, even in the early going.”
