“I loved the 2016 Chardonnay Savory, and Eric has been working with this site since 2002. Mostly Wente clone and barrel fermented and aged in 25% new oak, this gorgeous Chardonnay offers abundant notes of tangerine oil, white flowers, caramelized citrus, and marzipan. It’s rocking on the palate as well, with bright acidity and a crisp, layered mouthfeel with great elegance and purity of fruit. Drink it over the coming 8-10 years.”
