“The 2012 Pinot Noir Savoy Vineyard includes the highest percentage of whole clusters (18%), and was made from the old California clones of Martini and Calera as well as Dijon clone 115 and the popular Pommard clone used in Oregon. Its dark ruby color is followed by an elegant bouquet of sweet berry fruit intermixed with unsmoked cigar tobacco and wet gravel. With burgeoning complexity and abundant minerality, it should drink well for 5-7 years.”
