“One of my favorites is the 2005 Pinot Noir Savoy, which has beautiful earthy, blueberry, and raspberry notes intermixed with spring flowers and forest floor. The wine has excellent texture, outstanding ripeness and precision, and a long, elegant finish. It could be mistaken for a premier cru Chambolle-Musigny. Drink it over the next 5-6 years.”
