Dusty Lane winds down and around Dierke’s organically certified hillside vineyard. Tucked away on a southern facing slope, the site is consistently flushed with onshore cooling at dawn and dusk, resulting in extended flavor development and vibrant fruit character. This vineyard gem is sourced exclusively by Radio-Coteau. Following a 31% whole cluster inclusion during fermentation, the 2017 Dusty Lane saw undisturbed sur lie aging for 20 months in 500L once-used seasoned puncheons, adding spice and lift to its already fruit-driven style. We have chosen to hold and age the 2017 Dusty Lane in bottle under prime cellar conditions to provide opportunity for its complex personality to confidently emerge.
