Dierke Vineyard Spotlight

In addition to our Estate vineyard and farm, we are fortunate to work with a select group of dedicated growers in western Sonoma County and Anderson Valley. Among them is Professor John Dierke, a Sebastopol native who has been farming his Dierke Pinot Noir and Dusty Lane Syrah vineyard exclusively for Radio-Coteau since 2008. Once an apple orchard, the land is now a CCOF-certified organic vineyard, carefully tended by John and three generations of his family.

Nestled in the cool embrace of a natural fog belt, this West Sebastopol hillside vineyard benefits from coastal breezes that gently drain through its unique topography. In addition to grapes, John also farms a diverse array of fruits, flowers, and produce nearby, reflecting his deep-rooted connection to the land.
