“A ripe and youthful golden appearance, the 2021 Chardonnay SeaBed Estate is expressive and rounded with ripe Anjou pear, orange zest, and sea spray. Medium-bodied, with a supple texture and a spine of refreshing acidity, it has notes of lemon custard and ripe apple, with snappy freshness and delicate oak spice. It’s well-balanced and long on the palate. Drink 2025-2035.”
