“Savory and ripe, there’s a more rounded feel to the 2021 Chardonnay Savoy. It pours a medium yellow and reveals aromas of fresh herbs, umami with seaweed, and fresh white flowers. Full-bodied, with a supple texture and notes of ripe pear, green melon, and banana rind, it’s savory and has balanced richness. Drink it over the next ten years.”
