“One of three Pinot Noirs I tasted, all bottled unfined and unfiltered, the 2013 Pinot Noir Savoy is made from the Pommard, Martini and Calera clones, plus Dijon clone 115 that demonstrates the cool-climate cranberry, blueberry and sweet and sour cherry fruit of this area. The wine is elegant, medium-bodied, coiled tightly, but beautifully structured, while pure and impressive. It should drink well for at least a decade.”
