“Radio-Coteau’s 2013 Syrah Las Colinas, a blend of several top sites, is impressive. Dark red cherry, plum, smoke and spice notes meld together in a racy, voluptuous Syrah. The 2013 is quite soft and fleshy, with lovely vibrancy to the flavors and fabulous overall balance. A dollop of whole clusters adds aromatic nuance.”
