Vibrant, sharply focused red and dark berry flavors are impressively concentrated, picking up a brisk, peppery quality on the back end. Expands and gains sweetness on the finish, which strongly echoes the licorice and pepper notes. Impressive as this is today, I’d bet on it rewarding another few years of patience.
