“Pale chartreuse-tinged yellow. Compelling bouquet of lemon thyme, pear skin, smoky lees, floral honey and grain; reminds me of a Marc Colin wine. Medium-weight, powerful orchard and citrus flavors are underscored by smoky mineral and toasted grain qualities, with slow-mounting floral and herbal notes. Pretty intriguing stuff, with excellent finishing lift and thrust.”
