“Hazy gold. Ripe and nutty scents of pear, white peach and truffle complemented by gentle baking spices and leesy notes. Very spicy on the palate, with mineral-accented pear and pit fruit flavors and a late note of iodine. This definitely leads with minerals. The energetic finish features a slowly unfolding array of citrus fruits. I like the subtlety here.”
