“From a vineyard site near the new Kistler plantings in the Bodega Headlands on the Sonoma Coast, the 2004 Pinot Noir Terra Neuma is a spicy, earthy, meaty effort that resembles a first-growth Pommard. It possesses outstanding richness and concentration as well as plenty of sweet black cherry and dark berry fruits, a brooding character, and hints of beet root as well as earth. This stunning Pinot should drink nicely for 7-8 years.”
